xQuando è stato lanciato nel 1994, L'Eau d'Issey Pour Homme faceva sembrare tutto il resto pesante. Costruito attorno allo yuzu — il pungente agrume giapponese — con una speziatura acquatica di noce moscata e ninfea, si asciuga su una base discreta di vetiver e legno di sandalo con un leggero calore di tabacco.
Trent'anni dopo, è ancora la fragranza più fresca nella maggior parte delle collezioni: primavera, estate, camicie fresche. La longevità è 8/10 sulla nostra scala, insolitamente forte per un acquatico agrumato.
